▸ The PumPums™ name and logo are protected trademarks. Unauthorized use of our trademark is strictly prohibited.
▸ You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, display, transmit, or exploit any content from our website — in whole or in part — without our express prior written consent.
▸ Customer reviews and testimonials submitted to PumPums™ may be shared publicly on our website or social media platforms. By submitting a review, you grant PumPums™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your review content for marketing and promotional purposes.

▸ We are not responsible for delays, damages, or non-delivery caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this Limitation of Liability section limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable US federal or state consumer protection law that cannot be lawfully waived.
LEGAL BUSINESS STRUCTURE
PumPums™ is a wellness brand whose legal business entity is registered and operates under Canadian law. This address ("5611 Cooney Rd., Richmond, BC V6X 3J6, Canada") represents the legal registered business location. It is not a customer-facing retail or return location. All customer orders, shipments, and returns are handled through our operational facilities as described in Section 1 and in our Shipping, Returns & Customer Support Policy.
PumPums™ complies with all applicable regulations governing the marketing and sale of dietary supplements to consumers, including Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and consumer protection standards.

ORDERS
▸ ORDER PLACEMENT & ACCEPTANCE
All orders placed through www.lovepumpums.com are subject to product availability and acceptance by PumPums™. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to cancel or decline any order at our sole discretion. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided at checkout. Please review your confirmation carefully. If any details are incorrect, contact us immediately at support@lovepumpums.com.
▸ CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
Orders may be canceled or modified within 1 hour of placement. After this window, your order may already be processed or fulfilled and cannot be canceled or changed. Contact support@lovepumpums.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify an order.
▸ ORDER LIMITS
PumPums™ reserves the right to limit quantities or refuse orders that we reasonably believe are placed for commercial resale or that appear fraudulent in nature.
BILLING

▸ PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
By submitting your payment information at checkout, you authorize PumPums™ to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including applicable taxes and any shipping fees.
▸ PAYMENT SECURITY
All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. PumPums™ does not store full credit card numbers on our servers. For more information, please refer to our Privacy, Transparency & Business Information Policy.
▸ SUBSCRIPTION BILLING
If you enroll in a subscription or auto-ship program:
- Your payment method will be charged automatically on the billing schedule selected at checkout.
- A reminder email will be sent 3 days before each scheduled renewal charge.
- You may cancel at any time by logging into your account or by emailing support@lovepumpums.com before your next scheduled renewal date.
- Cancellations received after a charge has already been processed will take effect from the following billing cycle. Charges already processed are handled in accordance with our return policy.
▸ FAILED PAYMENTS
If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be fulfilled. Please update your payment information and try again, or contact support@lovepumpums.com for assistance.
PRICING
▸ CURRENCY
All prices displayed on www.lovepumpums.com are in US Dollars (USD). PumPums™ does not process orders in any currency other than USD.
▸ PRICE ACCURACY
Product prices are subject to change at any time and without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, regardless of any subsequent price changes.
▸ TAXES
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout based on the shipping destination address and applicable state and local tax laws.
▸ PRICE ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system error, PumPums™ reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. Affected customers will be notified and issued a full refund.
PROMOTIONAL TERMS
▸ Promotional pricing, discount codes, bundle deals, and limited-time offers are valid only during the specified promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been placed.
▸ Discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout. Codes cannot be applied after an order has been submitted. If you forget to apply a code, contact support@lovepumpums.com within 1 hour of placing your order — we will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee retroactive application.
▸ Only one (1) discount code may be applied per order unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
▸ Refunds on orders placed with promotional pricing or discount codes will be issued at the promotional price actually paid — not the original retail price.
▸ Free shipping promotions apply to the total order value after discounts are applied.
▸ BOGO (Buy One Get One) and gift-with-purchase promotions: both the purchased item and the promotional item must be returned together to receive a full refund. If only the paid item is returned, the value of the free or promotional item will be deducted from the refund.
▸ Bundle pricing: if a bundle is partially returned, the refund will be recalculated at the individual item price within that bundle. Any bundle discount that was applied may be voided if the return reduces the order below the bundle qualification threshold.
▸ PumPums™ reserves the right to modify, cancel, or expire any promotion at any time without prior notice.
USER CONDUCT
By accessing or using www.lovepumpums.com, you agree to use our website lawfully and in good faith. You agree not to:
▸ Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or illegal activity of any kind.
▸ Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our website, systems, servers, or databases.

▸ Reproduce, duplicate, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our express prior written permission.

▸ Use automated scraping, bots, or other data extraction tools to access our website or product data without authorization.
▸ Place orders for the purpose of commercial resale without prior written agreement from PumPums™.
PumPums™ reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and/or restrict website access to any individual or entity that violates these conduct standards.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, as they relate to the legal business entity of Kumazon Online Brands Inc.
With respect to consumer-facing transactions and the rights of US customers, PumPums™ also acknowledges and complies with applicable federal consumer protection law, including the Federal Trade Commission Act, the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule, the CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state consumer protection statutes.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith communication by contacting support@lovepumpums.com.
