Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Item Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as opened supplements, perishable goods, or items marked as non-returnable, cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us:
Email us at support@lovepumpums.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Return Authorization:
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

3. Shipping the Item:
Ship the item back to us at 16458 Bolsa Chica St #936, Huntington Beach, California 92649. Include the RA number in your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

• Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@lovepumpums.com.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
• Provide photos of the damaged or defective product for verification.
We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including shipping costs, as applicable.

6. Cancellations and Order Modifications

• Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped.
• Order Modifications: Contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your order.

7. International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including duties and taxes. Refunds will be processed in the original currency, but exchange rate differences may apply.
