Can I still cancel or modify my order after placing it? +

Orders can be canceled or modified within 1 hour of placement. After that window, your order may already be in processing or fulfillment and cannot be changed. Contact support@lovepumpums.com as soon as possible with your order number. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered fulfillment.

I made a mistake in my order (wrong quantity, wrong address, etc.) What do I do? +

Email support@lovepumpums.com immediately with the subject "Order Change – Order #[Your Order Number]" and describe what needs to be corrected. The faster you reach out, the better the chance we can catch it before it ships. For address corrections specifically, you have about a 1-hour window from the time of purchase.

Can I exchange a product I no longer want or for a different one? +

Preference-based exchanges (e.g. you changed your mind or ordered the wrong thing) are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@lovepumpums.com to explain your situation and we'll do what we can. Note that opened or used products are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.

Can I exchange a defective item or damaged item? +

Yes — if you received a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we will exchange it for the correct item at no cost to you. Email support@lovepumpums.com within 30 days of delivery with photos and a short video of the issue. Once verified, we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund if the item is out of stock.

What if the item I want to exchange for is out of stock? +

If your requested exchange item is unavailable at the time of your request, we will issue a refund to your original payment method instead. We'll notify you of this via email.

I received the wrong item. What do I do? +

We're sorry about that! Email support@lovepumpums.com within 30 days of delivery with the subject "Wrong Item – Order #[Your Order Number]". Include a photo of the item you received and your original order number. We'll arrange to send the correct item and cover all return shipping costs for the incorrect one.

My order arrived with a missing item. what should I do? +

Contact support@lovepumpums.com immediately with your order number and a description (and photo if possible) of what was missing. We'll investigate and send the missing item or issue a partial refund as appropriate.

Can I apply a discount code after I've already placed my order? +

Discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. If you forget to apply a code, contact support@lovepumpums.com within 1 hour of placing your order — we'll do our best to assist, but retroactive application cannot be guaranteed.

How does subscription billing work? +

Your payment method is charged automatically on your renewal date at the subscriber price. You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before each renewal charge so you always know what's coming. If your card is declined, your order will not be fulfilled and you'll be notified to update your payment details.

Can I pause or skip a delivery? +

Yes — you can pause your subscription or skip a single upcoming delivery at any time through your account dashboard at lovepumpums.com. No support contact needed. Your subscription stays active and resumes on the next scheduled date.

How do I cancel my subscription? +

Log in at lovepumpums.com → go to Subscriptions → select your subscription → confirm cancellation. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately. You can also email support@lovepumpums.com with the subject "Cancel Subscription – [Your Order Number]" before your next renewal date. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

What if I was charged after I tried to cancel? +

If a charge and cancellation fall on the same day due to timing, contact support@lovepumpums.com right away — we'll review on a case-by-case basis. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to stop it. Once shipped, standard return eligibility applies.

Can I get a refund on a subscription order? +

Subscription orders follow the same refund rules as one-time purchases. Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used products are not eligible. Refunds are issued at the subscriber price paid, not the full retail price.

Does subscription pricing change overtime? +

Your discount applies to every renewal as long as your subscription is active. If pricing changes, you'll be notified by email before any renewal is processed at a new rate — giving you time to cancel first if you choose.

Can I exchange my item? +

Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. Preference-based exchanges (e.g. wrong product ordered) are handled case-by-case. Contact support@lovepumpums.com and specify that you want an exchange rather than a refund. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

What is your return policy? +

We accept returns within 30 days of your confirmed delivery date, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original undamaged packaging with all seals intact. Opened or partially used dietary supplements cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

What items cannot be returned? +

The following are not eligible for return: opened or partially used supplements, perishable items, items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at purchase, items from promotions that explicitly stated no returns, and complimentary gifts or free promotional items.

How do I start a return? +

Email support@lovepumpums.com with the subject line "Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]". Include your full name and order number, reason for return, a photo of the front and back label showing the lot/batch number, and a photo of the original shipping label. Incomplete requests will not be processed. We respond within 2–3 business days.

Do I need a Return Authorization(RA) number? +

Yes — all returns require an RA number before shipping anything back. Returns sent without an RA number will be refused and returned to sender at your expense. Once your request is approved, you'll receive your RA number and return shipping instructions.

Where do I send my return? +

Returns go to our designated return facility: PumPums™ Returns, PO BOX 132, Garden Grove, CA 92842. Do not send returns to our business mailing address. Wait for your RA number before shipping anything.

Who pays for return shipping? +

For standard returns (change of mind), return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, PumPums™ covers all return shipping costs — a prepaid label or reimbursement will be provided once your claim is verified.

How long does a refund take? +

Once we receive your return, we inspect it within 3 business days and notify you by email. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Total estimated timeframe: 10–13 business days from delivery to our facility, plus your bank's processing time.

Will I get a full refund? +

Refunds are issued for the amount actually paid at the time of purchase, including any promotional pricing. Refunds are not issued at full retail price for orders placed with a discount or promo code. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

I received a damaged or defective item. What do I do? +

Contact support@lovepumpums.com within 30 days of delivery. You'll need: photos of the damaged product from all angles, the product label showing the lot/batch number, original packaging showing external damage, the shipping label, and a short video (15–60 seconds) demonstrating the defect. Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Where do you ship to? +

PumPums™ ships exclusively within the United States — all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii, plus US territories where carrier service is available. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are accepted. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long does order processing take? +

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed Saturday after 10 AM or on Sunday begin processing the following Monday. During high-volume periods, processing may extend by 1–2 additional business days.

How long does delivery take? +

After your order ships: Standard Shipping takes 5–7 business days, and Expedited Shipping (where available) takes 2–4 business days. These timeframes do not include processing time — total delivery equals processing time plus transit time.

Which carriers did you use? +

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier assigned depends on your delivery address, order size, and shipping method selected.

How do I track my order? +

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier info. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active. You can also track directly through your order status page at lovepumpums.com. If you haven't received a shipping email within 5 business days of placing your order, contact support@lovepumpums.com.

My tracking shows "delivered" but I haven't received my package. What should I do? +

First, check around your delivery location (front door, mailbox, building mail room, neighbor's porch) and with other household members. Allow 1–2 additional business days as carrier scans can occasionally occur before physical delivery. Then contact the carrier directly to open an investigation. If unresolved within 5 business days, email support@lovepumpums.com with your order number and the carrier investigation reference number.

What if my package is lost in transit? +

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 or more business days and the carrier confirms it's lost, contact support@lovepumpums.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and, where applicable, issue a replacement shipment or refund.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address? +

Contact support@lovepumpums.com within 1 hour of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after that window as orders may already be in processing. PumPums™ is not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
