Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • ½ cup fresh aloe vera gel (edible grade) or store-bought aloe juice
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1–2 tsp honey or agave (optional)
  • 2 cups cold water or coconut water
  • Ice cubes & fresh mint for serving

Instructions

  2. Blend until smooth.
