PumPums™ Myo & D-Chiro Inositol is a daily hormone-support powder in pomegranate-flavored stick packs. Each stick pack provides 3,000 mg of myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol in a 40:1 ratio, plus 25 mg of zinc bisglycinate and an 800 mg pomegranate antioxidant blend, to support hormonal balance, cycle regularity, mood and skin clarity. It's made for adults 18 and older.
Empty one stick pack into 8–12 oz of water once a day and stir — it dissolves easily. You can also mix it into a smoothie or yogurt. Take it at the same time each day; consistency matters more than the exact time. One box is a 30-day supply.
The 40:1 ratio is the combination most widely used in published research on women's hormonal health. Myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol play different, complementary roles in insulin and hormone signaling, and 40:1 reflects the balance in which they're naturally found in the body.
Inositol works gradually. Some people notice changes in mood or cravings within a few weeks, while cycle-related changes usually take longer — most research on inositol and cycle regularity followed people for about 3 months.
